DRAFT — pending counsel review
last updated 2026-07-20
1 · WHAT WE COLLECT
Wallet addresses (EVM and, if you set one, Solana) and your on-chain activity with our contracts — which is public on the blockchain regardless of us.
IP address and derived country, used only for jurisdiction gating and abuse prevention.
Your rip history, points, referral relationships, and ledger balances — that's the product working.
We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or government IDs. If a future legal requirement changes that, we'll say so here first.
2 · WHAT LIVES IN YOUR BROWSER
Preferences (like your default withdrawal address) are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
3 · WHO ELSE TOUCHES DATA
Infrastructure providers process traffic and chain data on our behalf: RPC/webhook providers (Alchemy), Solana indexing (Helius), CDN/DDoS protection (Cloudflare), and our hosting provider. Each sees what routing your request requires, nothing more.
We don't sell or rent user data. Aggregate, non-identifying stats (e.g. total rips) may be published.
4 · RETENTION
The ledger is append-only by design — financial records of rips, trades, and withdrawals are retained permanently for solvency proof and legal compliance. IP/geo logs rotate on a short schedule.
5 · YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Ledger entries required for financial integrity are exempt from deletion in most regimes; everything else we honor. Contact below.
