Terms of Service

1 · WHO CAN USE SLAB

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally permitted to use a service like this in your jurisdiction. We geo-restrict access where required and may add or change restricted regions at any time.

You are responsible for the wallet you connect. Anyone controlling your keys controls your account.

2 · WHAT SLAB IS

Slab sells sealed digital packs. Each pack contains one tokenized graded collectible card selected from the published odds table shown on the pack before purchase. Odds are public and outcomes are verifiable on the Fairness page: live-pull packs are real Collector Crypt vault packs whose odds and randomness (VRF) are Collector Crypt's, passed through unmodified — we do not draw the outcome; house-inventory packs, when offered, use a commit-reveal scheme you can independently check.

The expected value of a pack is below its price. Packs are entertainment purchases, not investments, and ripping packs should never be treated as a way to make money.

3 · CUSTODY, LEDGER, WITHDRAWALS

Cards you own are recorded on our ledger and custodied in wallets we control on Solana, published on the Proof of Reserves page. Your ledger balance is a claim on those specific assets.

You can withdraw your cards to your own Solana wallet at any time. Withdrawal is the exit; use it whenever you prefer self-custody.

4 · PAYMENTS, QUOTES, REFUNDS

Pack prices are quoted in USDG with a short expiry. Paying against a quote is final once the pack settles. If settlement fails on our side, your payment is automatically refunded on-chain to the paying wallet — that is the only refund path. There are no refunds for buyer's remorse on settled rips.

On-chain transactions are irreversible. Triple-check addresses and amounts; we cannot claw back what the chain has finalized.

5 · RIP POINTS & THE $SLAB AIRDROP

Rip Points are a free promotional loyalty overlay earned as you rip — they are not purchased, are not currency, and are recorded off-chain, non-transferable and non-sellable while they remain points. At the close of a season we take a final snapshot; your points then set your pro-rata share of that season's $SLAB airdrop (your points ÷ all points). $SLAB launches fair-market on a bonding curve with no pre-mine and no team reserve — to fund the airdrop we buy the launch allocation on the curve and distribute 100% of it to that season's points holders, keeping none.

The airdrop is a discretionary promotional distribution, not consideration for any purchase and not a guaranteed entitlement: we may change, delay, or end it, and neither the amount nor the value of any tokens is promised. $SLAB is a high-risk digital asset that may be worth nothing; nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy any asset, investment advice, or a promise of profit, and ripping should never be treated as a way to make money. Eligibility is subject to applicable law and may be withheld or void where we cannot lawfully distribute; recipients are solely responsible for any taxes. Points or allocations obtained through manipulation (wash activity, sybil accounts, referral abuse) are voided.

6 · PROHIBITED CONDUCT

No use by sanctioned persons or from restricted jurisdictions, including via VPN circumvention. No exploiting bugs (report them — responsibly disclosed bugs are rewarded, exploited ones are prosecuted). No automated purchasing that degrades the service for others. No money laundering or use of illicit funds.

7 · RISKS YOU ACCEPT

Card values fluctuate and can go to zero. Blockchains, bridges, and wallets carry technical risk. Robinhood Chain is new infrastructure operated by a third party; outages and changes are outside our control. Custodied assets carry custody risk — mitigated by segregated wallets, published reserves, and a nightly reconciliation, but not eliminated.

8 · OUR STUFF, YOUR STUFF

The Slab name, site, code, and pack designs are ours. The cards you rip are yours: on withdrawal you receive the underlying NFT with whatever rights its issuer attached.

9 · DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost expected card value.

10 · CHANGES, TERMINATION, DISPUTES

We can update these terms; material changes are announced in-app and apply going forward. We may suspend accounts violating these terms — withdrawal of owned assets remains available except where law prohibits it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in the Cayman Islands, conducted in English; judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Slab agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. To the extent a dispute is not arbitrable and proceeds in court, the courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot be waived by contract.
